Some systems, (Wiser 2, Nero, Airtopia and NAC), support Device Loading. This will scan the control system using the details entered in creating the control system, and will extract all the Room names and Device names where possible. NAC/SHAC devices do not have a native concept of Rooms which is difficult for autoload to deal with.

To auto-populate rooms and devices, click the Load Device button on the control system you wish to load from.
When you press Load Devices, the Smart Voice Portal will go and connect to your Control System and then produce a window with all the compatible devices in your system. Clicking anywhere outside or by selecting Cancel this window will close it.
You can Select Devices Individually by pressing on the check box next to them:
You can then change the devices name to what you want:
Change the name of the room the device is to be put in:
You can select all the devices:
This dialog only displays up to 10 devices at once, to see more you have to use the page navigation down the bottom:
You can also choose whether the Imported Devices overwrite the existing devices or add to them:
Once you have selected all the devices you wish to create, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
