Account linking can be done via a web browser; or through the Alexa app for iOS and Android.
The apps are only available in countries which have Alexa available for sale. If you imported yours, please use the website or an APK service for Android. iOS users can get the app by logging in with an international account.
- The Amazon Alexa website can be found HERE.
- The Android app can be found in your App store, this will be Google Play or Amazon App Store
- The iOS app can be downloaded from the Apple App store.
Sign into the Alexa App/Webpage with the account you want to use. This is the customers account and not your own account.
If your client doesn’t have an Amazon account, click or tap on Create Account and follow the steps.
The following is for iOS/Android devices.

| Enter Smart Voice into the search bar and search |  |
| Select Smart Voice - Essentials |  |
| Press Enable to Use |  |
This will load Smart Voice account linking page.
Enter the email address and password used to set up the client in the Smart Voice portal.
