Smart Voice understands the the world of technology is always changing and peoples solutions are always growing. Because of this, Smart Voice allows you to change the Control System you are connecting to.


If you change, there are a few considerations:

  1. If you change Control System type (for example, Push to Environexus), you will have to delete all your old devices to prevent errors.
  2. You can freely change between CNI, Wiser2 and NAC/SHAC, as long as the given name of the control system remains the same
  3. You can freely change between SpaceLYnk and HomeLYnk, as long as the given name of the control system remains the same.
