To maintain a positive user experience, Smart Voice has been designed for integrators to perform the setup and installation of the system for the client. While we have endeavoured to make Smart Voice as easy to use as possible, we have found that there are aspects of the setup process which end users may not understand.
If you want to get started with Smart Voice, please use the registration form from the Smart Voice webpage, found here. You'll be asked to provide your company name, your areas of focus, your contact details, and some background on your situation. We'll get in contact with you with a link to our online store to purchase control system licenses. We will usually call you back within 1-2 business days, and will aim to have registration complete within a business day of communication.
In certain circumstances (for example, when an integrator is not available or where the client set up their own automation system), we have made Smart Voice available to clients who are happy to do a self-install of the system.
