Siri devices are paired using the Apple Home App.
The quickest way to get to the Home app is to search for it.
Once you have the App open you can add the Bridge by:
- Pressing the plus in the top right hand corner.
- Tap Add Accessory
- Press Don't Have a Code or Can't Scan
- Select the device from the list of accessories.
If you can't see the bridge in this list you will have to input it manually.
- From the Add Accessory dialog window tap Enter Code...
- Input the code on the back of your bridge
- Then tap on the bridge.
From the next dialog you can change the name and location of all the Devices you just added.
If your bridge fails to add, check;
- Devices are set up in the Portal
- Control systems are set up in the Portal with correct LAN IP addresses
- All usernames and passwords for applicable devices are correct
- Smart Voice Bridge is shown as Online in the Portal
- Lights on Ethernet port on Bridge show activity
- Lights on front of Bridge are on
- Control systems are online and on the same subnet as the Smart Voice Bridge
- iOS device is on the same subnet as the Smart Voice Bridge
