Once you’re logged in to the Portal, you’ll have a list of your Customers, along with links for Integrator, Update Profile, Store, Support and Logout at the top of the page. If instead you have a hamburger (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner, click this, and the list of available links will slide out from the right.
- Integrator - The list of all your customer sites.
- Update Profile - allows you to update your details, such as contact name, company name and ABN. It also allows you to see how many remaining control systems you have available.
- Store - A link to the online store where you can purchase additional control system licences.
Support - A link to the online support portal (this site).
- Logout - End the current session and be returned to the login page.
