An update has been released to fix an issue where multiple devices may appear in the device list. This update addresses the cause of the issue, but won't remove those devices from your device list.

An important note is that this will remove any devices from any Routines you've created, so the routines will need to be rebuilt with the new devices. Once the Routines have been rebuilt with these new devices, you will not need to rebuild them again.

To remove the duplicate devices, log in to alexa.amazon.com.au on a computer using the client's username and password.

On the side bar, click on Smart Home, and then on Devices. You will see a list of your smart home devices created by Smart Voice.

Scroll to the bottom of the list and click Forget All. Click Forget on the confirmation popup that appears.

Once all the devices have been forgotten, click Discover to gather the devices from Smart Voice. Your smart home devices will reappear.

To rebuild Routines, use a smart phone/tablet to log in to the Alexa app using your client's username and password. Tap the three lines in the top left corner, and select Routines. The names of any existing routines will remain, although they will be empty. Rebuild them as you did when you created them with the newly created devices.
